Using current Data Driven Insights, we’ve created a ranking of German car brands that have captured the most interactions across Facebook over the given time period. All reactions to online content such as comments, shares, likes and other emoticons are summarized as interactions. In order to ensure a clear comparison of the individual car brands, only German-language Facebook pages are considered in this ranking; international accounts cannot be considered! Here are the results of this month’s Automotive Ranking Germany.
Audi wins the race ahead of VW and Mercedes-Benz
Audi Deutschland takes the top spot this month, followed by Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz DE in 2nd and 3rd place, respectively. Alfa Romeo (38.104 total interactions) and Opel Deutschland (35.823 total interactions) climb further in the ranking, keeping BMW (33.388 total interactions) out of the Top 5. The Top Post for May goes to Volkswagen, who posted a picture on Facebook of a concept barbecue cart called the Volks-Bollerwagen—it comes with a built-in grill, drink cooler and sleek rims, perfect for the summer!
