Zalando and asphaltgold battle for second

E-commerce giant Otto has confidently taken the number one spot thanks to the international scope of the company’s mail order operations, servicing more than 30 countries worldwide. Second place was not so easily decided, however, as fashion retailers Zalando and asphaltgold both pulled in over 153.000 total interactions each for the month of April. Zalando (153.715 interactions) ended up victorious by a narrow margin, pushing asphaltgold (153.424 interactions) down to 3rd place by a difference of only 291 social media interactions! It will be interesting to see whether the two companies have another close race next month, or if one of them will actually get closer to securing the 1st place slot from Otto…
